Return Policy:
100% satisfaction guarantee on apparel: If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return your shirt(s), you will receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order. Improper care and cleaning will void our guarantee and warranty.
Order Discrepancies:
If your merchandise is damaged in shipment, or there is a discrepancy in your order, claims must be made within (seven) 7 days of your receipt of your order. These items will be replaced or refunded. If replaced, there will be no additional shipping charges.
Return Approval:
All warranty related returns musts be approved. Please email info@progolfdistribution.com to receive an authorization, RA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. All return merchandise must be returned with an RA# clearly written on the package, with a copy of your original receipt and properly packaged for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping Charges:

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is because of defective or damaged merchandise, or because of our error. You are responsible for shipping charges for returns.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, you will be charged a new shipping fee.

If you were offered free shipping based on the total order, and your return falls below the amount offered to you at free shipping, you will be charged shipping costs for your original order.
Total Order Discount:
If you were offered a discount based on the total order, and your return falls below the amount offered at a discount, you will be charged our regular shipping costs..
Shipping Method:
For your protection, ship the return merchandise via insured USPS (United States Postal Service) and request a Delivery Confirmation Receipt or ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and request a tracking number. Be sure to boldly print your return authorization number (RA#) on the package. Responsibility: We are not responsible for list or damaged items that are being returned or any items shipped by untraceable methods.

Add to an Existing Order:
We will add to an existing order if your original order has not shipped. Otherwise, it will be processed as a new order with applicable shipping charges.
Cancellation:
Once an order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled. If you must cancel the order after it has shipped, you are responsible for the shipping and merchandise charges until that merchandise has been returned to us. See our return policy.
